38 of the 40 published reports have a downloadable bundle here. Fresh chain-aware testnet bundles for both current policies are linked in the 2026-08-21 rows above. The only unavailable artifacts are the two historical 2026-08-19 testnet policy bundles overwritten before filenames became chain-aware; their signed reports remain in the transparency logs and their attestations remain on chain.

A report is bound to the control set it was signed under. The earliest sequences were evaluated under an earlier, larger control set, and the digest of that approval ledger sits inside the signed report. The current approved set is 5 USTB controls under ledger 0x4f2c7dd5ea0cd09c3b0e9d51445873c65b882a1b3b3265c15979b598dab91dd1, signed by 0x537873b087654395CB0A487B50d0bFBe15fA16Bc on 2026-08-19; it applies only to sequences published after it.

A report may also name an earlier sequence it corrects. A correction supersedes that sequence without rewriting it, so the corrected report keeps the epoch it observed — which is why the highest sequence on a chain can carry an older epoch than the one before it.

Registry v2 deployments

The attested reports above live in these contracts. Both were deployed by 0xAa1C01C6FcDcc268DbF93C861D26C44a27C35436, and both accept EIP-712 reports submitted by the relayer 0x5b4e381CA8CCFF91553711512f08B4dF685faFCe on behalf of the reporting authority.
