fobxx-nmfp3-filing-freshness Declined: the cited span <reportDate>2026-07-31</reportDate> proves the reporting period, not when the filing was submitted or accepted, so a control named filing freshness claims more than its evidence establishes. Measured from period end it also evaluates STALE today (deadline 2026-08-16) even though the July filing was in fact filed 2026-08-06, well inside ten business days.
